●The temperature in the environmental cabin can be controlled within the range of 0-45℃, the humidity can be controlled within the range of 30%-95%, the fresh air ventilation volume can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 0-22003/h, and the fresh air ratio can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 0-100%;
●The cabin body of the environmental cabin is made of stainless steel and insulation material (rigid polyurethane), with a net size of 8.5m×5.0m×2.8m, and an external size of approximately 9.0m×6.0m×3.5m (the external size may vary slightly according to the actual situation);
●A 1.6m×2.0m double-opening door is set on the wall in the width direction of the environmental cabin, and a 0.5mx0.5m observation window is set on each door;
●The bottom of the cabin adopts a channel steel keel plus a surface stainless steel plate structure, with a load-bearing capacity of 2000kg/㎡;
●The air supply method is top delivery and top return/bottom delivery and top return, and the air supply/return outlet can be switched by opening and closing different air valves. The top adopts diffuser air supply, orifice plate uniform air supply and other methods, and flexible removable plates are added at appropriate positions on the wall, ground and top to flexibly adjust the supply/return air position;
● The maximum air supply volume is 8000m³/h. Temperature and humidity sensors, C02 sensors, sampling holes, various pollutant generation holes, and indoor lighting are installed at appropriate positions;
● The environmental chamber can also control the concentration of pollutants in the cabin, such as controlling the CO2 concentration to 3000ppm from the outdoor content, and controlling harmful pollutants to the standard limit;
● Install coarse, medium and high efficiency three-level filtration devices (the filtration device is detachable, so you can flexibly choose whether to filter the air), and the filtration efficiency is greater than 99.999%;
● The environmental chamber needs to be equipped with a comprehensive measurement and control system (including but not limited to display system, data storage system, control input system), and should include necessary auxiliary systems (including but not limited to upper and lower limit temperature and humidity alarm system, power failure protection system)
