ZHONGZHI's Automobile VOC Test Chamber is mainly used for environmental simulation tests such as environmental stress screening of automotive materials, complete vehicle products and other materials, including: temperature, relative humidity, air conversion rate, air flow rate, clean air background concentration or simulation of real indoor environment, and testing the pollutant release rate and release characteristics of various interior parts and products, and determining the impact of environmental variables on the release rate and release characteristics of materials and products; thereby classifying materials and products according to release characteristics; developing and verifying models for predicting indoor air pollution; evaluating indoor air quality (IAQ) based on indoor pollutant data or prediction models, and then determining its applicability to various types of small cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles, minibuses, buses, light trucks, etc.

    Product Usage:

    It is mainly used for environmental simulation tests such as environmental stress screening of automotive materials and vehicle products, including: temperature, relative humidity, air conversion rate, air velocity, clean air background concentration or simulated real indoor environment, test the pollutant release rate and release characteristics of various interior parts and products, determine the impact of environmental variables on the release rate and release characteristics of materials and products: thus classifying materials and products according to release characteristics; developing and verifying models for predicting indoor air pollution; evaluating indoor air quality (IAQ) based on indoor pollutant data or prediction models, and then judging whether it will cause physical damage or performance degradation when affected by changes in the surrounding environment. Provide a basis for product design, production, improvement, identification, factory inspection, etc.
