Structural Characteristics:
●Adopting famous brand refrigeration compressor, it can provide -50~120℃ circulating coolant, with minimum temperature fluctuation of 0.1℃;
●Siemens PLC/LCD touch display is easy to operate;
●Full temperature range compressor temperature control, even temperature control;
●Built-in heater, can preheat the battery pack;
●The equipment is equipped with a variable frequency magnetic circulation pump, which has no leakage at high and low temperatures; the equipment is equipped with digital flow and inlet and outlet pressure sensors, which can display and control flow and pressure, and can be used for flow resistance and pressure drop testing; the equipment adopts a closed circulation system, and no pungent gas is emitted. Ensure that the environment in the testing chamber is stable and reliable.
Basic Applications:
●Charge and discharge test, remove waste heat from the battery pack;
●Battery pack heating safety test, heating power can be adjusted;
●High temperature test, test the thermal characteristics and reliability of the battery pack;
●Low temperature test, test the low temperature characteristics and reliability of the battery pack;
●Heat dissipation efficiency test, test the heat dissipation efficiency of the battery pack cooling system;
●Variable temperature test, test the impact of different temperatures on the performance of the battery pack;
●Voltage drop and flow resistance test, test the internal resistance of the liquid in the battery pack cooling channel;
● Pressure resistance test to test the safety of the battery pack’s liquid channel and ensure that the test in the battery test chamber is accurate and reliable.
Product scalable application:
● Adjustable cooling power, simulating the actual cooling power test of the vehicle thermal management system;
● Adjustable heating power, simulating the vehicle PTC heating test;
● Adjustable water tank circulation volume, simulating the actual circulation fluid capacity test of the vehicle thermal management system;
● Cyclic pressure pulse/alternation, simulating the fatigue life test of the battery pack cold plate;
● Fast heating and cooling rate, 100~-40°C can be as fast as 15°C/min on average;
● BMS mode, automatically realizes cooling or heating and flow rate adjustment according to the temperature signal;
● Simultaneously realizes constant pressure and constant flow to meet the test requirements of specific working conditions;
● A single unit realizes multi-channel same temperature or different temperature control;
● Closed pressurization system, which can achieve a maximum 120°C circulation test;
● Airtight detection function, testing the airtightness of the cold plate;
● Leakage detection function, ensuring test safety.
