UV Ultraviolet Light Aging Test Machine

The UV aging test chamber uses fluorescent UV as the light source, and properly controls the temperature to produce condensation on the sample to fully obtain the results of the destructive effects of sunlight, humidity and temperature on polymer materials (including fading, loss of gloss, reduced strength, cracking, peeling, powdering and oxidation, etc.). The fluorescent UV of the UV lamp can reproduce the effects of sunlight, and the condensation and water spray system can reproduce the effects of rain and dew. The irradiation energy and temperature are controllable throughout the test cycle. The typical test cycle is usually UV irradiation at high temperature and a dark and humid condensation cycle with a relative humidity of 100%. It is widely used in paints, coatings, plastic products, wood products, glue and other industries.
