Explosion protection system |
The equipment is equipped with a CH4 (methane) concentration alarm. When the gas concentration in the box exceeds the standard, the equipment will automatically shut down and turn on the ventilation system to prevent explosion. |

Anti-burning protection system |
An independent 4-channel temperature controller and 4 test piece temperature control sensors are used to monitor the battery surface temperature during the test. A carbon dioxide concentration alarm is also installed. When the temperature rises abnormally, the power supply of the test chamber and the test piece will be automatically cut off to prevent the battery from catching fire or exploding. |

Combustion detection system |
The equipment is equipped with CO2 (carbon dioxide) concentration alarm, hydrogen concentration detector and high temperature smoke alarm. When the alarm detects that the gas concentration exceeds the standard during the test combustion, the equipment will automatically alarm and shut down, and turn on the fire extinguishing system to extinguish the fire; |

Water storage and soaking system |
All drainage pipes in the studio are equipped with electric actuator valves, which are automatically closed during sprinkler and fire water extinguishing, so that water can accumulate inside the box (water accumulation height>500mm). The water level can submerge the battery. After the battery is submerged, the water spraying and gas fire extinguishing will automatically stop. After the fire is extinguished, the equipment can be manually reset and the electric actuator valve will automatically open for drainage; |

Fire protection system |
1. Smoke sensors and temperature alarm devices are installed in the working room. The equipment is equipped with gas alarm devices and fire extinguishing linkage measures: During the test, when the smoke alarm, temperature alarm, carbon dioxide concentration, and chlorine concentration detectors in the box meet the alarm action requirements, the fire extinguishing device starts to work; 2. The equipment is equipped with gas fire extinguishing. When the battery burns, the test room will shut down and the test room will alarm. The fire-fighting gas (high-pressure nitrogen or CO2 gas or other) in the chlorine-isolating fire extinguishing device installed next to the equipment will be automatically opened. The electromagnetic gas will be filled into the box to isolate oxygen and extinguish the fire. At the same time, the pressure relief device and the exhaust fan will be started to realize the smoke and oxygen exhaust functions. The equipment is equipped with a sprinkler fire extinguishing system. When the battery starts to burn, the test chamber will shut down and the test chamber will alarm. After the CO2 oxygen-isolating fire extinguishing (time to be determined), the sprinkler fire extinguishing system installed on the top of the equipment will automatically open to cool down the test samples and extinguish the fire;
3. The equipment is equipped with a fire hose nozzle. When the battery starts to burn, the test chamber will shut down and the test chamber will alarm. At this time, the fire hose nozzle installed on the right side of the equipment can be manually opened to cool down the test samples and extinguish the fire. |

Ventilation system |
The equipment is equipped with an exhaust fan, which can be manually turned on after the fire is extinguished (automatically turned on when the CH4 concentration exceeds the standard) to quickly exhaust the indoor dirty air out of the box and connect it to the user's designated location through a high-temperature resistant hose. |
