Walk-In Salt Spray Test Chamber

The ZHONZGHI Walk-in Salt Spray Test Chamber is an upgraded version of the traditional salt spray test chamber. It can not only perform conventional salt spray corrosion tests, but also carry out high temperature and high humidity, low temperature and low humidity tests. All tests are conducted under salt spray corrosion conditions. Large metal components can be placed inside, and the walk-in salt spray test room allows staff to enter and exit, making it convenient to place and remove test specimens.

Application

This testing equipment simulates artificial environmental corrosion tests and is used to evaluate the quality of metal materials with or without corrosion protection. It is suitable for rapid analysis of discontinuities, pores, and damages in organic and inorganic coatings. In addition, for quality control purposes, it enables comparison among specimens coated with the same coating. The salt spray test is particularly suitable for detecting discontinuities such as pinholes and other defects in certain metals, organic coatings, anodized coatings, and conversion coatings.
